train - TXHE has a pohne number that actually works and they speak to people that call on the phone.

The OS for TXHE as of the below date/ The number of shares of the issuer’s common equity outstanding as of January 15, 2007, was 181,474,724 shares of common stock.

And the technicals indicate that they haven't been diluting in the same manner as MXXR.

IMHO if MXXR hadn't added the 100,000,000 shares since 2/13/07 we would be in the same price range as TXHE,.

The consultants are too greedy and they do not allow the PPS to go up before they sell it down through support levels.
