But we can see a PR with Millagro International and signed by Iurie Bordian, and then suddenly a PR with Paul Taylor announcing the company becomes non-reporting, then, a new name, Telatinos, a new phantom President "Jon Miller", a new address.
It looks to me like a fraudulent take over by Paul Taylor.
And Iurie Bordian is still the manager of Millagro SRL, which is/was the subsidiary of Millagro...He is back to his business. My only concern is, why didn't he do anything to announce what happened. As for Taylor, he makes things public only when it can make him money, if it's not, and is fraudulent, why would he make it public??
