Two good things. First the big markets are no longer holding muster.Give it several more weeks and we will see money from there roll into OTCBB's as PRVB many other these OTCBB's have been lack luster for months.
Second, all indication say PRVB is going to have a BIG 2nd QT including a much larger bottom line in Oil & Gas sales then ever before. The MM's have nice bids in the .25 range looking to accumulate for a August run. IMHO.
