HABE 'what will they do [this time, 2003 v. 2007]?

looking at the 5 year chart...



... my memory of the 2003 spike up was do to an announcement similiar to:

"Announces SEC approval to file Comprehensive 10-k for Fiscal Years 2003 through 2007."

But either they didn't follow through or if so nothing resulted from it,
most important was that they didn't exit the Pink Sheets onto a better "place"
where more respect was given to the company for realism & success.

This time "is different" I believe :)
