forex.......I just don't see babybulls as an IR firm? stock promo company yes...IR? no...Plus nothing on their website really implies they are an Investor Relations firm....

good post and I have been thinking the whole time it wouldnt take much for a group of long holders to buy up the float so we trade real tight.

This partnership actually makes sense for several reasons.

1. Babybulls.com has a history of working with stocks in the $3-$5 range, where CMTN wants to be...and were involved with SDRG moving from 0.10 to 2.80. They must have impressed Robert Bell and Steve White with what they can achieve.

2. Babybulls.com is willing to take restricted stock as payment. That's $0 cash down, and allows CMTN to focus all funds and energies on acquisitions and updating filings for the move to OTCBB and NASDAQ..

3. We dont know the details of the deal. This could be a multi-year contract. And clearly babybulls has made CMTN its #1 focus, as evident on their site.
