Mr. Peacock personally refered to the end of the 2nd quarter for the completion of the merger. It's in at least one news letter of an interview with him. Everything is done where FCCN is concerned with filings to the SEC. Now we are just banking on Aero moving ahead expedediently. Technically theres no reason for them not to be done and ready right now. I hate to say it, but i'm real anxious. I can't say if there will be a sell off or not, but I think i'll stick it out for a week or 2.
No doubt there will be a heavy sell-off if this isn't completed by end of June. This has been the set date for many many months. Would it be stupid to sell-off? Maybe. Only the future could tell.
Best case, just get the merger done by the anticipated date.
