Q - Perhaps they have been doing it. Look at the A/D line and CMF on this weekly chart -

Over the course of the last year, the A/D has continued to show accumulation, while the CMF (although losing momentum significantly) has only once touched negative cash flow.

Just imagine if MT is letting his loyal investors in essence, help him buy back the shares. When he opened the PDR exchange people were getting curious, but the low PPS told that most were on the sidelines. As it is evolving and people are beginning to realise the scope of what is going on, the price is beginning to climb.

Just think, it has been marinating all weekend, let the market speak. I know I'll be speaking Monday morning, PR release or not. Let the price climb to where it belongs, then tell the world about the market. They'd see the parabolic increase in PNMS and ease many fears associated due to the confidence of US investors. Then, the PDR exchange could prosper, US price prosper, and MT would have more street cred. than Suge Knight.

I think I posted this before but just in case.

I believe you are talking about smart investors and why In Your Opinion they aren't buying.

I tell you what I would do as a smart investor, I would not try and buy them all at once. WHy not? Because it would only help to move the PPS up and make it more expensive to purchase. I would buy them slowly over time. Heck I might even sell a portion strategically in order to keep the price in the range I want to buy. In others words buy 2M at one price then if I see it moving up sell 500,000 below the bid. This keeps downward pressure and helps keep the stock channeling instead of skyrocketing. I would do this over and over until I attained whatever number of shares I wanted to accumilate.

Now I don't have the resources to do this but I do believe that those smart investors that you and many other continue to mention are reading and laughing because their game plan worked. I'm not a wizard at trading/investing so it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure this out.

Just a scenario that seems very feasible to me.

You will soon find out just how true it really is!
I hope you've placed your bets !

Your right , many have played this stock like it was a P&D ,flippers , shorts , swings , you name it!

Because it is such a complex stock to wrap your mind around , many have bashed it to death!!
Hence - very low PPS
Good for the true longs because we've been able to buy up much of the float below .002

That will soon , not be the case!
When the US PPS finally starts to value this company the way it should've , you will also see the PDR side jump up dramatically !! If not before? and they both will push each other to the real value ! Some say .10 to .16 right now!

The good thing on the US side will be , that when there is a sharp rise in share price most won't be so trigger happy to sell for profit because you will have the True/Unmanipulated Pdr exchange to give the real value to your shares and instead of selling for profit you'll be buying on dips!

You ask why the company dosn't just buy the float up in the US?
Answer: They are, through buying your shares on their new exchange and lanching what will bring them huge returns in the future!
Just look at it like cheap advertising to the world!

They are going to have alot of rich US investors that will spread the word , believe me!!

They haven't even PR'd the lanch yet , so if your on the fence you might want to at least take a starter position!

Maybe for the traders you're talking about it's simply too much work and time to go through for the guaranteed return.

You seem to be talking about people who do so well consistently on the U.S. market that they would consider it unnecessary to jump through the hoops of ordering certs and filling out forms and taking them to someone to stamp and going to the post or Fed Ex office to send to Dallas when they already make good money just by punching a few buttons on their computers five days a week.
