I think the opposite as far as being in a rush or not. I think they are in a rush. Getting a jump on competition is critical. Alrossa already has stated they want to open an office in NYC. Sib Almaz would want to get a running start. There will be competition in Russian exports of diamonds. This will be no monopoly like they pulled 17 years ago. Time is money
