I believe the important thing is "having your ducks in a row."
I have another stock that had a small run a few months ago, but the CEO was not prepared and stated so in a letter. Now that stock is ready to hopefully run.
I can wait if it means that the company is going in the right direction. I do agree that the rig(s) delivery is important. GLTA

axi the news of the rigs is slim compared to the news we could have of results of the first oil. But if you want to sell on Rig news there will be buyers. Just name the price you will be happy with.
