Of course this is assuming that they are able to transfer IRA's back to the Fundacion. But eventually those holding here will sell, and sooner or later those shares will find their way back to the Fundacion. I tend to think of this as a "phased withdrawl" from the US market.

Keep in mind that after the company announced the Lnad Divy in Dec, MT did stated that the shorts could buy them from the company for $1,000 a share. So I do believe that he has looked at the possible short positions and once they have enough Certificates on deposit with the Fundacion, he will make a move.

My thoughts are that the company will negotiate with the Broker/MM's that are short and allow them to buy but at a price they decide is equitable to not only the compny but the share holders as well.

If the next Q's revenue is like the last, I believe the Q ends at the end of this month, you would be talking 2 consecutive Q's of .0065 per share. So if you just look at that amount you would be looking at .026 for the year without attaching any multiples.

You think they may be willing to allow Brokers/MM's cover for .05 a share?

Just thinking about the possibilites here.
