Thanks for sharing and distributing the rules for admission to AMEX.

What comes through with absolute clarity is that an RS of 1000:1 was the correct figure -- to the extent that one of the aims of the restructuring was a move of exactly that nature: AMEX would be absolutely appropriate. Standard 1, Standard 2 and Standard 3 all specify the criterion of a "$3 share price".
