Yeah, a small unkown company with not so many shares, looked around for expertise in promoting. They found Nigel and TB..soon were printing stock, and selling it by the boxcar load. DADOC and his website in Hawii which had colloected a REP for "finding" future penny gems got called upon to "find" LOCH..
That was the start...was MP INONIT then??
The INTERNET was just hitting its stride then as a promotion device.
