WALTHAM, Mass., June 21, 2007 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Raytheon Company (NYSE: RTN) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 25.5 cents per outstanding share of common stock. The cash dividend is payable on August 2, 2007 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on July 3, 2007 .
