Quite possibly. And, maybe they aren't getting any interest from anyone. As we know, any form of consolidation of IBM/AMD doesn't meet with IBM's present business plan as we know it. But given the restrictions on licenses IBM appears to be the single candidate that could continue the present AMD 30% and greater MS business plan. Once that changes, I think you'll see a change in Intel's valuation...

This is becoming moot. Analysts will eventually recognize that low pricing in the market won't go away once AMD changes their business plan. It's needed to keep volume high.
