The OSC and SEC can not demand that any company do an audit.
But they will use it against them if they announced they did one (as they have in the past) or are doing one (as they have announced recently) and do not complete.

The audit I suspect will be for a period end of March 31, 2007 because that is the date the auditors counted the inventory. Unless they roll-back the inventory to an earlier date such as December 31, 2006.
In any event, the comparative figures will have to be audited as well to the extent practicle so as not to have too many reservations in the Auditors Opinion.
Those comparative figures had better disclose the $63 million in sales and $15 million in After tax profits previously announced or imo Sulja and its officers are in a world of pain.

There's virtually zero chance that Sulja will ever produce audited financials. They would be an admission of guilt and would result in dozens of easy to win lawsuits.. The plan, as I've stated for months, is to delay and hope few people sue. They've got their money, and they care zero for any existing shareholders.
