They probably gathered data from initial release, and are reconfiguring accordingly. Normal IMHO. Finding flaws builds strength in any platform.

I feel from some of the comments here we have a few developers in our midst, how many have ever deployed something this complex that just always without question worked. (My hand is not raised)

Microsoft has thousands of programmers, and millions of beta testers, they have to fix bugs too...

Could be a reason why they are holding out on the PR. most likely this weekend they are going to go over and check everything thrice before hanging themselves out there.
