You gotta factor the revenues that will come in their way once the sales start perking up..At some point in future, they may even be able to afford to buy back the shares IMO.
blindinvestor, if a major dilution to raise cash to cover a production ramp up begins at .04 I doubt a 4 cent price can be maintained through out the dilution process. During this period if a company files Form 504 stating its attempt to raise funding from selling shares they are prohibited from issuing fluff PRs to keep the price up. (I'm wondering why I'm saying this ? ARSC management doesn't publish timely PRs on issues critical to the PPS when they're allowed to : ) Anyway, unless - as you've suggested - a partnership is done or pray tell private financing is done there might be a substantial increase in the OS. milo3
