1581, the reason I believe the AH trades are not a 'large seller' is because there are not many restricted shares left to be sold. Insiders own the majority of restricted shares and I highly doubt that they are the sellers.

The AH trades keep coming though, which leads me to believe it is just a newer form of MM manipulation. IMVHO, I believe the MMs have found themselves in a NS position they've never or rarely ever been in before, where the fundamentals are so undeniably attractive, that their NSS does little to create the hoped for sell-offs.

In this case, they could be expected to resort to new tactics, and AH trades could very easily be one of them, passing back and forth odd-priced quantities that don't really even exist, which would, in essence, be nothing new, since NS shares don't exist either, in the first place.

Like I said, it ALL sounds reasonable as explanations for after hours reports.... I don't have a clue which it is....maybe that engineering firm that Wilshire hired or recommended to HMGP is being paid in shares...or blocks of restricted shares being freed up and sold. What I don't believe is MM's moving shares back and forth for some evil purpose. Until the company becomes more transparent about shares, etc.....the pps will suffer....and there is always the possibility the pps will suffer with MORE transparency. Depends how much bullchit has been delivered with the bits and pieces of info.

LMAO!!! I see Lowman is going with the evil MM's!!!!
