We don't know anything about that.

I HOPE they buy that, and they drill it in august, and use the revenue to get financing for Clovelly.

We won't know until we are told in a SEC FILING, and we will believe it at 50% only.

HOPE is not a technical indicator, so ... lets see what the charts say.

If 0.0025 looks to me as a botton, and level 2 suggest it so to me, then I will double possition and trade 50% of my shares. I've done that many times in MXXR and I have most of my shares as freebies, except some bad buys.

We can all safely assume that the Easter deal did NOT go through as planned. It was simply one more pump'n'lie'n'dump from our criminal 'management' team. It was slated to close on the 19th and without an update we can all rationally conclude that, since no SEC filings have occurred, the acquisition never took place.

Also, saying 'Clovelly will be drilled soon' is bullshit. The only reason TXHE.PK took back their 11% of Clovelly is because the MXXR management team LIED to TXHE's just like it does to it's shareholders. They could have put down the $25,000 deposit, but instead they went around SPAMMING INVESTORS about $0.65 price targets even AFTER they KNEW they weren't going to follow through with the acquisition. They kept spamming well into the first week(s) of June, knowing they hadn't even completed the first step (down payment) in their contractual obligations.

THIS IS BLATANT FRAUD!!!!

THE COMPANY PUMPED THEIR STOCK BASED ON KNOWINGLY FALSE INFORMATION!!!

I just googled 'securities fraud lawyer'; there are quite a few and IMHO the more we, as victims of this fraud, contact about representing us in this Class Action lawsuit the better the chance we'll get one SOON to take this case. And we need to get the lawsuit started SOON, or else these crooks are going to flee the country with all our hard earned money!

IMHO, waiting for Clovelly is a JOKE. Read the SEC's - MXXR IS THE DELINQUENT PARTNER! They still haven't paid for last years failed drilling! They CERTAINLY don't have the money to pay for another drill attempt!

And for some who claim they can sell shares for money, maybe, but THAT HAS NEVER HAPPENED! They just GIVE the shares to their "consultant" buddies, who sell into the market and pocket the cash for their castles in Panama, and maybe retainer fees for securities fraud lawyers. I have not seen one single private placement of shares for cash in their SEC filings. Correct me if I'm wrong.

MXXR has never received a PENNY from the last 200,000,000+ shares issued. Only the criminal management and their cronies the "consultants" have received the UNrestricted shares to SELL AT THEIR LEISURE while management continues to LIE to shareholders to PUMP up the PPS so their cronies can cash out at a FRAUDULENTLY HIGH PRICES.

It's time to bring this scam to a close, and I'm confident that if we continue to pursue litigation diligently that we can have this in the courts before too long - meaning before they can finish tying up their 'loose' ends and flee the country. And once in the courts, even a blind man will be able to see the blatant fraud and deception perpetrated by this group of soon-to-be convicted fraud felons.

So don't hold back if you find a lead on a securities fraud lawyer - pursue it! I can GUARANTEE whomever gets the ball rolling on litigation first will be a hero to the many who lost to this blatant fraud.
