It's comments like this that lead me to believe a potential buyer didn't get SEO to sign off and they are frustrated at THEIR failure to consumate a deal....thus the badmouthing of SEO. Remember, they obviously WANT what SEO holds.
That same desire will grow as events (drilling) move forward IMHO. With the growing desire, competition for same is formed.
If you had a vehicle I wanted....and I couldn't come to your price....that doesn't make you a bad guy. In fact, if you know you can sell it higher in the future....it may make you the smart feller.
I still see the SEO badmouthing as coming from those who want what he has but can't "yet" offer a satisfactory price. That price WILL come.....as competition for same comes into play.
