Financial Structure

Financials coming soon

Montauban (Batiscan)
Acquisition cost: $ 2, 500,000

HE-5 Resources, Corp. acquired the Montauban property on February 24th 2007 for a consideration of $ 2.5 Million with no smelter return. HE-5

HE-5 has sold its property to IZZA Minerals Inc., for the same considerations of what it was paid for.

Montauban Property Potential based on NI-43-101 Report

The South zone's extracted value represented a total of $ 62,793,743.

The North zone's extracted value represented a total of $ 33,495,900.

The report recommended a specific pin point drilling survey in 3 specific sectors:

1) Batiscan South - $ 966,000 in drilling costs

2) La Traverse - $ 594,000 in drilling costs

3) Lake Laurentide - $440,000 in drilling costs

Financial valuation conclusions:

1) Historical reserve values represent a total of over $96,000,000

2) The geologist recommends spending $2 million on drilling program

Following recent equity financing negotiations, IZZA has concluded a private placement for $1.5 million and is in the process of closing an additional $ 1.5 million in financing.

Conclusion

The immediate proven documented potential of the first phase represents a potential primary asset value of $ 32 million.

The evident signs of ore deposits and the specific geologist recommendations indicate high-grade potential.

Well lets see who's on the list....

Jean Claude Dentinger - UMNG
Marcel Roy- I have seen his name on some Uranium claims in the areas where UMNG-HRRN-MRES has claims in GESTIM (very interesting)
Mr. Yves Renaud (Charted accountant) - a former Cortellazzi "bras droit" and COHG exec.

Boulanger lawyer...also interesting only 2 listed in Quebec law society, one in Brossard and one in Gatineau.

I have checked and ruled out the Gatineau Claude Boulanger who is on a TSX venture mining company called Tom Exploration Inc (TUM):

For the moment, I am unable to ascertain if it is the Brossard attorney or someone else.

Shades of MRES 43-101:

The geologist recommends spending $2 million on drilling program

Ollu's outdone himself with this one...it's going to be really interesting.....
