Talk to a Kurd you think they will allow you to exploit their people to a degree as it is now $.0007+ when it is the $.0007+ people who OWN the oil? Foreigners walking around Iraq with Billion/Million of Dinars in their pockets? Something will be done before the drove begins...its self evident, its a Democracy...its not Iran.
