up facts are facts and the facts in this one are no bonds,no J/Vs,no revenews, fake and missleading Prs and so much more....
So new we wait to see what the judge rules and go from there..IMO the judge will rule for the SEC and the civial case will move on and then of course there is the GJ and what they do...
