Shrug...I only know what i read in the funny papers.

Maybe 1.80 is so much more than zero (what stock holders usually get) that people see it as a good sign. Also, I think there is an assumption that a press release like this one would by its nature present the most pessimistic outlook to be on the safe side...also, the market might be anticipating value growth....
