Gary......sorry, but have no idea on number of shareholders.

The SEC reports generally include the number of shareholders of record, which generally doesn't include those not holding the actual stock certificates. Clearly, the latter group represents the lion share of shareholders.

However, I believe the company should have had an accurate number of shareholders when they did the VMHVF stock dividend, since it required each actual shareholder to received 1 free share for every 10 FASC shares that were held at the time.

I wouldn't be surprised if a core group of 200 or less control 50% of the stock at this point.

Pure intuitive speculation. Comments?
