If you look at the original PR on this deal it was March 22nd. It has not been 90 days yet. These deals take time. Due the the amount of frustration this board has I would think that the management of PVNC should have a public announcement to address your concerns and update the shareholders. But, if not I don't think this timeframe is unrealistic.
