of course - why would he R/S? That would only anger the investors that keep him in business by allowing GGI to convert. What would be the point in that? Alas...everything is going smmothly in JF's mind....allegedley.

do you know 'forward looking' and 'safe harbour' statements..

all 'publicly stated no R/S ..' are followed by these statements.

so legal consequences are limited to ZERO through these clauses.
