Their excuses have evolved over the last 9 months. The original one was that they were not able to clear the shares through the DTC within the required 3 day period.

Hmmm...interesting and thanks! I have a feeling that S-trade COULD be part of the naked short that exist? They have had SELL only for awhile now! TDA will allow you too purchase!
