I talked to IR Guy Mike Cunniff last week and today and I feel sure he did not know then or does he know now any more than the rest of us.

If the reason for withholding news is because of on going negotiations with new acquisitions, PBLS is losing bargaining power. If the deals include shares, the prospective sellers will be questioning any decisions concerning common shares as payment.
Restricted common shares would be even more suspect.
I expected volatility after the Pink Sheet disclosure.... but on the up side. Not like this.
Expect the unexpected in Pink land.
