they tell me they talk to john several times per day. Ryan, god bless him, but each time he tells me that John has a PR coming out this week. Never been told 3 prs. It's very stressful when he does that b/c i don't call looking for a PR schedule. I call with questions that they never answer. The best part is that they say they will call me back with the answer since they are going to be talking to John later today, but they never call back. never. once they called me 10 minutes after a PR was released, but then I returned the call with more questions (that never got answered)
