He won't do this during the 504.......I'm not sure he can do this with a 504 in place...........If he did he would alter the restricted share count as well. I think this has to conclude in Nov or so if I remember?.....At that time some of the the restricted shares can be sold. The other side of this the shares sold to the accredited investors can be held until they decide to sell....in other words anytime these are free trading shares. So there is the double whammy.......The increase in shares which lowers the share price and what discount these are being sold at in particular the restricted, and when they decide to sell them off......Its a double edge sword. The risk is when people are buying on the ask and when the stock gets a run. This is just the name of the game.
