I gotta go out.........But this is the way I see it folks.

Everytime we get and update on the share count its in the process of changing.

Jim is building this business.

The 504 is gonna be in place for a year.

Jim is probably gonna raise the A/S and this would be my guess.

We get updates on the share count but its past tense.

Everyone has to realize that the selling is gonna continue until he files with the Sec that this 504 is complete. Until then this is in effect.

The other thing that is in play here are the restricted shares that can be sold after one year. So we need the dates on the restricted shares.

So everyone will know I am not buying anymore until this is concluded because the price share is just to unstable.

If Jim states the a/s will not change from here on out does not mean that he won't if he needs to raise more cash. The only way of knowing this is if he pr's the 504 is complete.

Jim is allowed to raise a million dollars. So it would be informative for him to update the financials on this so we all know how much of this is left and how many shares it may take to raise it?
