They need to replace the ink in the printer again! Otherwise selling would continue, IMHO.

Right now they are consulting on who has to go buy the ink so they can start printing shares.

I liked the post from the email by John when it mentioned something them waiting until the market calmed down, heck they ar the reason it is not calm!
