look guys....it's really simple.

JM is interim general manager until the company PR's the new BOD. it's just that simple.

there is no flip flopping of names here. the only flip flopping concerning names comes from those that abuse this company. at one time it was my understanding that the BOD would be announced with uplisting. now i believe the company will announce BOD this week or next.
