simple.... convert to avoid exactly what we are seeing now... get those 1.75 billion down some way and commit people to long term ... second... we must not forget this is the 4 th effort to get those counts down with offers... red flag in my opinion and that added to my year long speculation that I was suggesting... third.... selling into .... easy, what is par value of shares... hmmm... make sense now... anything over is positive.... like having a money machine in the office if your thinking is true... in my opinion...
