The questions have been asked and answered.

ON financials -- Clyw has provided financials since SH meeting. They are still not completely current but progress is being made.

On the diac trial - This has been discussed at length on this board. (thanks to LG and billcoln who brought about this discussion - this is NOT a sarcastic statement)

ON new deals - Clyw has to get court approval - delays imposed - Clyw would be remiss to make any further announcements about any deals prior to said court approval.

LONGS must sit it out for a little longer (2 months???) or get out if they don't have the stomach to wait. Those that do opt out will be selling to those who don't at bargain prices.
