Now, you are speaking on behalf of the shareholders who were defrauded. I commend you! Besides those facts, however, you might include the specific facts or exhibits to the declaration that you believe directly point to specific PEOPLE BY NAME. If this company has no assets, the shareholders will need to get past the corportate form to the individuals behind the scheme.
I would really like to see a DECLARATION in which you, Marco, or whoever makes specific allegations directed toward specific people that have actual assets. Do you have specific allegations against Paul, instead of the 'company PR'? How about Paul's associates? Anyone specifically?
***Can you point to other witnesses that would know Paul on sight and would know this is the same Paul that ran this company behind the scenes? How about John Miller, Brian Niessen? They've seen him. Are they with you, against you. Wouldn't the bankers, NIR Group, etc., have met DIRECTLY with Paul and know him by sight or would they deny this? How? Madison actually admitted some facts in their filings that I thought was BOLD. They said that Paul was the control guy (or something similiar). That was a significant fact. Check that filing. They said he had been in control 'for years'.
All of these things taken together exponentiate and fill in the gaps you may have, like SEEING Paul. I bet Madison saw Paul and know it's the same Paul that you didn't see, etc..
We know Serf can identify Paul by telehone, telephone numbers, voice, and conversation, which is taken for value.
But, isn't this really all about assets and proving that specific people OUTSIDE of the corporate shell were responsible. Those declarations, I think, are more important than anything.
