U Mining will also be able to consolidate the TSX Venture Corporation's financial statements with its own statements. The Company will disclose the details of this transaction next week.

how can you just start a company and consolidate the financials with our own? was there a spin-off? will there be a spin-off of a canadian division? maybe that's the catch, well perk. for every 1 share of umng you own, you receive 1 share of the tsx venture corp. but that stock will be restricted and by the time the restriction is up, the stock will have been diluted to nothing. My question is who is going to buy the offering on the tsx exchange? if it were that tremendous of an opportunity, UMNG would be flying into the dollars. but it's not and here we sit making statements, all in our opinions, of course

It's my undestanding you can't just start a company on the TSX. They have strick guidlines you have to meet. Give this a couple days to see what they say. If IR is correct and we are to get 3 PR's this week then we will get one tomorrow. IF is the key word in that sentence.

impossible... it is acquisition of an existing TSX company... if they started a new one, I would be very impressed. Huge amount of work, oversight and reporting on TSX exchange... still bodes well for UMNG IMO.
