my actual account...six days. practice for about 5 weeks. My rules are simple.... I follow the daily trend and stay light against it and a little bit heavier when with the trend. Use the hourly to help me pick entrances and exits. (support and resistance). I am able to watch from work all day so I will "get a feel" for direction before entering. Still working on indicators but have found them to be more confusing then helpful at this point.
