I think that the $100,000 per week is referring to the dividends on the series three. With 10.4 million outstanding at $10 making 6% = $6.24 million per year = $120,000 per week. But, we don't know that PA owns ALL the series three. Also, technically, that is dividends, not salary. Still, the series three has a very highly favorable terms. Why?

why not share with the board how Paul Alonzo is taking 100K a week fro mthe company? Scared it will hurt your precious investment?
