Don't be one of those seeking instant gratification here. The SEC has not placed the ruling in the register yet. Then time will be given for them to comply with the new rules. Sadly, I think we are looking at 60 - 90 days for any results. Perfect timie to accumulating shrs of any stock you see as viable. JMHO - RTB.
