A portion of those companies that have only 2 r/s between the years of 1999-2006 which span several years or more, seem to first had a large ratio and then finished with a relatively small ratio.

This is true of ISYX who went from a 1:200 and then a 1:50 over a 4 year period. There are several few others here on this list that have done the same. However that said, most companies who have had an r/s in these time ranges are generally between 3 to 10 R/Ss.

Since ISYX clearly appears as one of the minors here on this board, it lends credibility to me that the last r/s may have been in response to TGLE's restructuring of which we are now awaiting the release of the media portal.
