Stocky! I got some paperwork from Keith - wasn't gonna file until I saw the initial proceedings, but now that I see the action here on this board since the summons was delivered, I will.
The way I understand it - a court appointed law firm will be put in charge of Netco. Since they will be paid by Netco, my guess is that they will work very hard to find some money.
I want to know who owns this shell, and whether they will be held liable for any damages caused. If this bankruptcy hearing begins that process, I am ALL IN.
