ok i will explain why most of these stocks are put on the Special list. These were the words from the representative, "being put on the special list is no reflection of the stock itself, it is merely a precaution we take in order to ensure that no one has hacked into someone elses account, sold all there blue chip stocks, bought DPDW and hence the spike in volume yesterday, this doesnt seem to be the case here since we have never gotten hacked as did etrade recently on a $10 million dollar hack attempt. Since no investors have called up that would not be the case here just a precaution."
If you do the DD required when buying a stock you would most certainly be aware of the crediblity and quality of this company.
