I've heard scottrade wont allow people to buy a lot of penny's not just DPDW... I suggest switching to a different broker.

DPDW is among the most legit under a dollar stocks I've ever encountered...just read some recent news releases and check out www.deepdowninc.com and you should get the info u need to make an informed decision...it's unfortunate that you can't buy this, cause it's an excellent company that just happens to be in BREAKOUT MODE....now bring back dem 0.7sssss!!!!!!

oh and by the way, this won't be an under a dollar stock for too long IMO.....good luck
