That must be why the management is so elusive at Tyche. I have 3 other 144 registrations in process and got full cooperation from management and their attorneys. Tyche wouldn't return my calls, but would respond to emails. However they wouldn't give me the SEC file # or the IRS ID # or their attorney's information. Then they make the idiotic request to forward my certificates which are electronically posted to my Ameritrade account. These people are a joke. If you mailed the certificates there, it would probably be like entering a black hole and disappear forever.
