Sure will. my theory will be done in 2-3 days. I was busy with my work and all. i ran the theory by the IR guy and he said "don’t tell them that s^$t" we don’t need that drama now that we are just about to start moving, and that the feathering is probably over! (I say 2-3 months before its fully over) I couldn’t resolve the matter with IR so Winters hopped in the call. After hearing his or the company side and a few e mails and faxes back and forth as proof we both modified the message they were OK with it as it stands.
I needed to make sure my theory was at least plausible as I didn’t need a lawsuit and I know that they did 2 or 3 slander lawsuits in Canada and UK and couple were resolved and cases sealed. They got BIG $$$$$$ so I needed to be sure
They wont Pr this. I don’t think that legally they can. Just like the 504 that can not be announced until its over. Strange laws but these are the laws. They may post similar findings in the Town Hall. I don’t know. I know that there’s no dilution going on, something else that a DTCC run confirmed. I can tell you the future does look good in as close as 6 to 8 weeks time IMO.
