UnkleMalcy (CDEx CEO) sed ( beginning at 9:02 into the canned pay-per-interview):
"My background is ... ah... is.... is.... West Point Masters Engineering law degree Georgetown, ran major companies... uh.... have done the full gamut of... of... of... of the.... major organizations, as well as the legal side of it"
OK, let's count the lies:
(1) Malcbaby got his UNDERGRAD degree from Wespoin, he got his masters engineering degree from IOWA STATE. He does NOT have a masters engineering from Wes Poynt.
(2) What MAJOR COMPANIES has MALCOLM PHILIPS run? None are disclosed in his management bio in the SB-2? A: LIE #2.
(3) What "full gamut" did Malcy run for "major organizations" other than provide legal services, which he explicitly states was IN ADDITION to the "full gamut" of stuff he did for said major organizations ("AS WELL AS the legal side of it")???
So far 0 for 3 on the truthtelling scoreboard.
We'll give him one point for getting the "law degree Georgetown" correct. So overall, his self-description was 3/4th lies and 1/4th truth.
Better than his lie/truth ratio for discussing CDEx!!!!!
Congratulations, UnkleMalcy, on making progress in your truth-to-lie ratio, for getting it up to a whopping 1:3 ratio of truth-to-lie.
Now there is a CEO that shareholders can bleeve in!!!
Next thing you know, he's gonna tell us the PS3 is "in the marketplace" and "being actively marketed", put upa nice, shiny PS3 retail brochure as a PDF file on the CDEx website, and then when the company is contacted by somebody wanting to buy one for a LEO organization, tell them that "the PS3 is not available for sale and we don't know when it will be".
C'mon, what other whoppers can this clown tell!
