I think that the big 504 guys are sitting on wads of shares. So, if you can step up to the plate and bid.... oh, say 4.8 million shares at a pop, they will come down and tag you. Thats whats happening, IMHO. Good news is that they deplete and deplete and deplete... till eventually they have no more cheapies to dump out there. Thats what I hope anyway.
