Ice tech.....

Was it really an impaired asset? ...or...
Was Torvec impairing a perfectly good asset?

If you are relying on the auditing firm to make that call, you might have the wrong answer.

Question: Does this event qualify as a commercialization event for this impaired asset. If so, then the $500,000 in cash might not be around quite as long as the two years that you have calculated.

It seems that this was the best thing to do to move forward.
It separates and clears the way for the commercialization of the non-impaired technologies.

I too agree that this is a nice move.
I was also impressed with Mr. Horton's decision.
That also was a nice move that showed lots of respect for his flock of followers.

Maybe it takes a few days for the news to get out. Would be nice to play to a larger audience but as you say, this is not a bad way to throw some black ink on the page.

One less thing hanging over the company's head. Torvec's not going away any time soon.

What sales? This technology isn't even commercially viable. Are we sure this new company isn't just a shell setup by a board member to keep shareholders quiet for a while longer.
